An Interior design project for a large and airy flat in a converted historic building.
The spaces themselves were unique and characterful but due to their sheer size and height the client was having problems in terms of appropriate furnishing. The main living room needed a furniture arrangement that created spaces in itself in order to avoid an overly open warehouse feel.
The furnishings and finishes also needed more ‘punch’ in order to hold their own in the space. Most spaces in the flat were re-decorated and fully refurnished and the colour scheme in the main room was generated from the colours in the client’s favourite painting on the wall.
